  “After years of using the same mobile pet grooming service, my groomer was no longer able to groom large dogs due to a back injury. I found this grooming service online and was quite satisfied with the job he did--I have a large mixed breed dog with a lot of hair and I realize grooming him is a real job. I asked the owner if he'd be wiling to groom my dog again and he said he would. Since then I have called twice and not gotten a response. As someone who is also self employed, I recognize the value of good customer service. Not returning a phone call is incredibly rude. If someone doesn't want your business they should be polite enough to say so and not just ignore a paying customer.
  
  The wash and cut was a decent enough job and my dog seemed to like him, but I could not in good conscience recommend someone with such poor business practices.”
